    African Youth Council, an organization based Kinshasa, specializes in conducting diplomatic simulations of prestigious international organizations such as the United Nations, the European Union, the African Union. With a focus on the training and development of future diplomats, AYC uses these simulations as a powerful platform for young leaders and change actors to engage in constructive dialogue and address the most pressing global issues. The diplomatic simulations organized the African Youth Council for youth offer an unparalleled opportunity for budding diplomats to improve their lobbying, critical thinking and negotiation skills. Through immersive and realistic scenarios, participants are able to grasp the subtleties of diplomatic processes and develop a complete understanding of the complexities involved in international relations.

    We transform an ordinary mind into a high-level diplomat and negotiator. Comprehensive Diplomatic Training Programs Our in-depth diplomatic training programs begin with in-depth courses that provide a solid foundation in diplomacy, leadership and negotiation strategies. These courses, designed by specialists, help participants learn the art of diplomacy and negotiation. Diplomatic training in the real world We offer immersive leadership exercises that replicate the operations of global organizations such as the United Nations. Participants will learn to speak clearly and convincingly, to negotiate and to listen actively, as essential skills in diplomatic contexts. Global collaborations We work with the best educational institutes, industries and government organizations around the world to enrich our specially designed programs with various perspectives and industrial expertise. This will help young participants to further improve their skills.
